Elkington WallEx is a discreet and aesthetically refined stainless steel wall panel, seamlessly integrated into both exterior and interior walls. The panel is designed to be clad by the customer using the same material as the surrounding surface, making it a natural part of the façade’s overall expression. Elkington WallEx is custom-made to suit project-specific requirements and can be manufactured in any dimensions. The construction is designed to accommodate cladding materials with a thickness of up to 30 mm. The result is a flexible solution with harmonious integration into the building’s overall architectural design, where each panel is unique.

Operation & Maintenance

- Before operating the unit, ensure that there are no obstructions in the movement path of the panel
- The wall panel should be opened and cleaned at least every six months using clean water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth or sponge
- Avoid abrasive cleaning agents
- Ensure that the space between the panel and the frame is free from gravel and dust
- Hinges must be kept clean and lubricated when necessary
- Ensure that the hinges can move freely along their intended range of motion during opening and closing. Avoid touching or interfering with the hinges during operation, as they may become misaligned and pose a risk of pinching
Prevention of discolouration
- Remove substances that may affect stainless steel, such as acids, by wiping or rinsing the surface
- Avoid placing iron products directly against stainless steel surfaces
- Do not perform grinding or welding of steel or iron products near stainless steel surfaces
