SEV Wall Access Panel

SEV Wall Access Panel

Electrically controlled wall access panel for safe smoke extraction

SEV is a CE-marked wall access panel and facade vent designed for both smoke extraction and comfort ventilation, developed for vertical installation in buildings with high safety and performance requirements. It is well suited for stairwells, escape routes, technical rooms, as well as industrial and commercial properties where fast and reliable smoke extraction is essential.

The electric control system allows SEV to function as part of the building’s fire safety system while also enabling daily comfort ventilation. In the event of a fire, the unit opens automatically via the control system, helping to quickly remove smoke and hot gases, improve visibility in escape routes, and support firefighting operations.

SEV is manufactured with a robust aluminium frame and is available in both glazed and solid configurations, offering flexibility in both function and design. With good insulation values and customizable dimensions, it provides a reliable solution for modern smoke ventilation in public and commercial environments.
