SEFAC is a heavy-duty cover system with a frame made of hot-dip galvanized steel, designed for environments with high demands on strength, safety, and adaptability. The hatch is suitable for installation in shafts, escape routes, utility tunnels, shelters, equipment access points, and service corridors.

The product is manufactured in custom dimensions and can be adapted with a variety of surface finishes to blend seamlessly into its surroundings. It is also approved for smoke ventilation and can be supplied as a single cover, channel cover, or with removable beam support.

– Frame and cover available in hot-dip galvanized steel, stainless steel, or aluminium

– Covers can be filled with concrete for increased load distribution and stability

– Can be clad with floor coatings, ceramic tiles, asphalt, or other materials

– FL – A15 kN: Limited traffic load (pedestrian use)

– FM – B125 kN: Pedestrian and parking areas

– FH – C250 kN: Heavier traffic and industrial zones
