Modular stainless steel drainage channel for flexible and efficient linear drainage
DryLine® Modular is a stainless steel drainage channel system designed for efficient surface water management in parking areas, courtyards, terraces and inverted roof constructions. The system is based on modular units in standard sizes that can be easily connected, providing a flexible and functional solution for a wide range of projects, with the added benefit of fast delivery.
The system offers seven different module options, allowing an optimal configuration for each application. The range includes modules in various lengths, with both flat bottoms and built-in slopes, as well as options with integrated silt traps for effective handling of debris and particles.
The modules are connected using bolted joints and sealing flanges in EPDM or NBR, ensuring a tight and reliable drainage system. All modules are supplied with the necessary fixing accessories and are equipped with cast-in anchors and adjustable installation feet, allowing precise height adjustment during installation.
The system can also be equipped with a self-regulating heating cable installed within a protective casing to prevent mechanical damage. The connection cable is routed into the channel through a watertight cable gland.

DryLine® Modular drainage channels must always be installed in concrete. Carefully read the installation instructions before starting installation.
The modules can be easily adjusted and connected, providing a flexible and functional solution for each project. They are joined using bolted connections with sealing flanges in EPDM or NBR, ensuring a watertight and reliable drainage system with a long service life.
The drainage channel must be maintained regularly. Failure to maintain it may reduce water flow or cause complete blockage. Particular attention should be paid to cleaning during periods of heavy sand and debris, such as winter maintenance.
Maintenance procedure:
- Check the condition of the channel and gratings
- Clear any blocked gratings
- Loosen the fixing screws and remove the gratings
- Clean the channel and outlets from stones, sand and debris
- Empty the silt trap*
- Check the condition of the heating cable and protective casing*
- Reinstall the gratings and tighten the fixing screws
*If included in the system config
What is a modular drainage channel?
A modular drainage channel is a system built from standardised units that can be connected to form a complete linear drainage solution. It allows flexible design and fast installation.
When should I choose a modular drainage system?
A modular system is ideal when you need a flexible solution with short lead times. It is suitable for projects where standard dimensions can be used and quick installation is required.
What are the advantages of modular drainage channels?
Modular drainage channels offer fast delivery, easy installation and flexible configuration. They can be adapted to different layouts, slopes and outlet positions.
Where can modular drainage channels be used?
They are commonly used in parking areas, courtyards, pedestrian zones, terraces and industrial environments where efficient surface water drainage is required.
Can modular drainage channels be connected to form longer runs?
Yes, modules are designed to be easily connected using bolted joints and sealing systems, creating a continuous and watertight drainage line.
What load class is suitable for drainage channels?
The required load class depends on the traffic. Pedestrian areas typically require A15, while areas with vehicle traffic require higher classes such as C250.
Can drainage channels be customised in modular systems?
Yes, modular systems can be configured with different module types, lengths, slopes and outlet options to suit specific project requirements.
What is a silt trap module used for?
A silt trap module is used to collect debris, sand and particles, preventing blockages and improving the performance of the drainage system.
Do drainage channels require maintenance?
Yes, regular maintenance is necessary to ensure proper water flow. Channels and outlets should be cleaned from debris, especially in environments with sand or dirt.
Can drainage channels be equipped with heating?
Yes, heating cables can be installed to prevent freezing and ensure reliable operation in cold climates.
