Since the ladder can only be opened from underneath, it is also suitable for spaces where security is a key concern.

Delivery and Installation
The ZIP ladder is delivered pre-assembled on a sturdy plywood panel and is easy to install into a finished ceiling joist. We recommend professional installation to ensure correct mounting and proper function.
