HIAC is a product family of fully customizable ground hatches that can be adapted in form, function, and material to meet specific project requirements. The hatches are manufactured in aluminium or stainless steel and are available in two main configurations:

– Recessed hatch – a sunken lid that can be filled with stone, wood, or other surface materials

– Flush hatch (SAC) – flat tread plate lid for industrial and technical applications

 

Load Classes According to EN 124

HIAC hatches are available in several load classes, from light pedestrian use to extremely heavy traffic:

– A15 kN – pedestrian traffic

– B125 kN – light vehicle traffic

– C250 kN – passenger cars and courtyards

– D400 kN – loading zones, garages

 

Options and Functional Features

– Insulation for temperature- or moisture-regulated environments
