Elkington ZIP 8 is a retractable roof ladder that simplifies access to attics, roofs, and technical spaces in buildings. It is delivered pre-assembled on a frame with a hatch, making installation both quick and easy. The ladder can be opened from either the top or bottom side depending on the project requirements, and is operated using a telescopic key rod.
